This website www.devonportlingerie.co.nz (referred to as "Website") is owned and operated by Devonport Lingerie Limited (referred to as "us", "we" or "our"). The use of our Website by any person (referred to as "you" or "your") indicates your unconditional acceptance of our Terms and Conditions as detailed below.
Products, Styles and Sizes Available on our Website
We stock a large range of brands, styles and sizes. If you cannot find what you would like please contact us and we will do our best to source it for you.
Ordering products in the correct size is extremely important to achieving a comfortable fit. To check your sizing, go to My Size.
Due to the nature of the products supplied by us we only accept returned products if they are defective, faulty or damaged in transit. For further details please see our Returns Policy below.
Payment Options
For your convenience we offer online credit card payments using our secure ordering and payment system. By entering credit card details onto our Website you undertake and warrant that you are authorised to use the credit card for the transaction to which it relates.
Should you wish to pay for your purchase by either direct fund transfer or by cheque, please contact us.
Delivery will be made when the payment clears in our bank account.
Currency
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST).
International customers can use the Website's currency converter to display product prices in alternative currencies for a guide to how much a purchase will cost in your local currency. However please note, all payments will be charged in New Zealand dollars and this may cause a discrepancy between the amount shown by our Website�s online currency converter and the actual amount charged to your credit card. This difference is due to differences between the currency exchange rate on our currency converter and that used by your card issuer when the payment is charged through to your credit card in New Zealand dollars.
Delivery
We will normally ship ordered products within two days of receiving a confirmed order. If we are temporarily out of a particular item we will promptly contact you by email to inform you of the delay in shipping.
Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes. A delivery address, other than that shown as the cardholder's address, may require further verification by us.
All deliveries to NZ addresses are sent by New Zealand Post. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail message confirming shipment with the tracking number. Deliveries normally take a few days to reach you once sent.
All international deliveries are sent by insured Airmail through New Zealand Post. Normal international airmail would take up to 14 -20 business days to arrive. If within this period, you have not received your package, please contact us for tracking.
We charge the following amounts for shipping of ordered products:
- New Zealand - Orders under NZ$50 we charge NZ$5 shipping, for orders over NZ$50 we provide FREE Shipping (anywhere in NZ, including Rural deliveries)
- Australia - NZ$10
- Other International deliveries - NZ$15
Before returning any items we require you to contact us to discuss the details. We will only accept return of a product if:
1. a product is defective, faulty or damaged in transit; and
2. the product is returned within 14 days of receipt by you, is unworn and unwashed, and with all labels and tags attached; and
3. the returned product is accompanied by the original invoice/receipt issued by us.
If we agree to accept the return of a product we will either replace the product or refund at our discretion. We will only refund if we cannot supply the replacement product to you within a reasonable time.
After receiving the returned product, we will promptly forward a replacement or reimburse you (as the case may be) and reimburse all additional mail costs incurred by you.
International Customs & Import Duties
We are not responsible for import tax, duties or any other additional expenses that may occur on delivery to addresses outside of New Zealand.
Disclaimer
We endeavour to ensure that all product details and pricing are correct all of the time. In the unlikely event that any product you order is incorrectly priced or detailed, we reserve the right to advise you of the correct price or details subsequent to your order being accepted by us. You can then elect to pay the correct price or cancel your order.
Please note that the images of product shown on our website may at times be photographed in different colours than that offered on our website.
